Each DANMIL filter cartridge is carefully engineered and manufactured in-house, from certified polymer production all the way to membrane sealing and final assembly. The solid tip design helps block microbial ingress, while a protective cage with offset openings absorbs stress during sterilization. We use infrared welding to create a seamless bond between the membrane, cage, and endcaps, and reinforce each cartridge with an inner core for added strength. Thanks to precise pleating and cutting tolerances of less than 0.1 mm, our cartridges deliver consistent flow and dependable performance. Depending on your process, we can configure up to six filtration layers to balance retention, flow rate, and overall service life.
- Complete Manufacturing Control: Produced entirely in-house for quality assurance, from polymer resins to final cartridge welding.
