- Unique Construction
- Key Features & Benefits
- Media Compatibility
- Applications
Each lenticular module consists of 16 stacked filter cells made of double-sided cellulose or activated carbon discs, supported by a rigid polypropylene frame that ensures consistent structure and eliminates media bypass. Modules with fewer cells are also available for reduced volume operations. The enclosed design helps maintain cleanliness and prevents exposure during changeout. Uniform liquid flow and low pressure drop are achieved through the internal support geometry, while installation is tool-free and compatible with standard lenticular housings. The robust build also supports in-situ sterilization and backflushing with hot water or steam.
- Enclosed Hygienic Operation: The hermetically sealed design supports clean-room and sanitary applications by eliminating filter exposure.
- Compact Equipment Footprint: Modular design allows high throughput filtration in a small space, making it easy to install into existing lines.
- Mechanical Durability: The polypropylene support structure ensures pressure and flow resistance even under demanding process conditions.
- Minimal Product Loss: Efficient drainage and low hold-up volume reduce waste and optimize yield.
- Housing Compatibility: Modules are compatible with industry-standard 12" or 16" lenticular housings and DOE or bayonet end styles.
- Versatile Use Cases: Capable of polishing, clarifying, and removing color, odor, or particles across various production environments.
- Cellulose Depth Media: This standard option offers multi-layer particulate retention with a large dirt-holding capacity for clarification and polishing.
- Activated Carbon Media: Used for adsorption of odor, color compounds, and organic impurities in critical liquid processing steps.
- Beverage Filtration: Used for final polishing and clarification in wine, beer, fruit juice, and flavored drinks.
- Cosmetics and Personal Care: Ideal for removing color and unwanted compounds in fragrance bases and rinse products.
- Pharmaceutical Liquids: Removes particles and odors in non-sterile intermediates and purified solutions.
- Chemical and Process Water Treatment: Provides reliable filtration for water loops and specialty chemical fluids.
- Sheet Filter Replacement: Suitable for replacing traditional flat sheet systems with improved handling and enhanced safety.
