Engineered microfiber design for high particulate loads

Our microfiber filter media are constructed using fine strands of polypropylene or glass fiber, creating a dense, tortuous matrix that traps particles throughout the depth of the media. This structure allows for efficient removal of suspended solids and high dirt-holding capacity without significant pressure drop. Microfibers offer excellent chemical resistance and mechanical stability, making them ideal for protecting downstream filtration stages and extending filter life. Used in both pleated cartridges and flat media formats, DANMIL microfibers are a trusted choice for particle-heavy streams in pharmaceutical, beverage, and industrial processes where reliable clarification and throughput are critical.
