Designed for reliable pre-filtration, Spun Nominal filters feature multilayer fiber construction with high
dirt-holding capacity. These cost-effective filters are ideal for general clarification, membrane protection, and water pre-treatment in food, pharma, and chemical processes. 

Built for more demanding applications, Spun Absolute filters are made from thermally bonded media with clearly defined removal ratings (β > 5000). Their zoned construction provides depth loading with precision retention - making them suitable for membrane pre-filtration and final protection steps. 

Spun Bonded filters are built using a graded fiber structure that allows progressive particle capture from the outer to the inner layers, enabling depth filtration with low pressure drop and longer service life. Spun Nominal versions provide economical and effective clarification, while the Spun Absolute design features multiple filtration zones that achieve precise retention and maintain high flow rates even under variable conditions. Thermally bonded construction prevents fiber shedding, ensuring media integrity and compatibility with a wide range of chemicals and cleaning agents. One-piece construction further improves mechanical stability, while optional internal cores provide added strength for demanding setups.
